Confirming a Reservation: A $500.00 deposit is required.
The deposit is not part of the rent. It will be returned within
12 days of your departure if the house is left clean and undamaged.

Prices are subject to change at any time and do not include 10% tax.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit refunded up to 25 days prior
to arrival date, less $20.00, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Full payment for the nights booked is required before the
keys are issued.

Sorry no pets, smoking in houses, campfire, fireworks, tents, or R.V.'s on property.

Misuse of the property, bringing pets or exceeding the maximum occupancy will cause loss of booking and forfeiture of rent and deposit.
